Ok, so your periods are heavy and you get a bit hot and sweaty at times and sometimes your sleep isn’t that good.   It will pass soon. That’s what they tell us when we start mentioning menopause symptoms!

Its not going to happen to me …..

OMG Eating my words!,

There should not be any symptoms of Menopause if your body is in balance.

So, with empathy, I address with clients getting or regaining that balance to remove or reduce those symptoms.

And then, I never got around to checking and balancing myself … like I was somehow immune by default.

How alarming and embarrassed was I when what appeared to be hot flushes appeared out of no-where.

And yes, sometimes I have trouble sleeping and I get a bit teary/moody … just a bit!

And the Hot flushes came with vengeance, like the devil himself!   And always at the most inopportune times.  You end up wearing light summer clothing all year just so you don’t end up looking like a sweaty wet mess.

Waking up several times a night to rip the sheets off or just to get under the fan for a few minutes while it passes so as not to saturate the sheets.

So, they say it can last like that for 5-10years … not for this little duck!!!!!

Lets get this shit sorted! And like NOW!  You sort everyone else out, now its time to take yourself to task and get balanced.  I may be the healthiest eater and exerciser, but clearly that was not enough and now it was time to take a step back and look at this from a different angle.   Task “Self”…. Check
